New grads and experienced vets are encouraged to apply. A new doctor would benefit from mentee-directed support, including longer appointment times and 1 on 1 surgical training. There are no after hours or overnights required, and the strategic scheduling of appointments, along with the efficiency of our experienced team allows our staff to leave the clinic soon after closing time at 5:30, so that everyone can enjoy their time off with friends and family.
GAC is happy to be family friendly and understanding that "life happens," so we allow our team members to bring their children in to work with them on occasion, and we are supportive of the parents on our team taking time away from work when they would like to attend their children's school events or handle other things that come up unexpectedly.
We are a proud member of our community, and we provide care for our city as well as our county police dogs. We also provide services for several local rescue groups, including Society of Humane Friends, Planned Pethood, and Creative Enterprises, a local organization that also assists special needs adults looking for employment.
Benefits include competitive compensation packages, medical benefits (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and so much more.
We’d love to tell you more about our practice. Get the conversation started by applying today!
